  1. Turn on the multicooker and select the "Extinguish" mode. Put finely chopped onions and carrots grated on a medium grater into a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of water and simmer for 5 minutes
  2. After 5 minutes, add finely chopped cabbage to the vegetables, pour in half a glass of water and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  3. Then add the well-washed rice, remaining water, spices and salt to the vegetables. Simmer for 25 minutes (until the rice is cooked) on the Pilaf mode.
