Ingredients

• 50 g lettuce leaf (you can use any combination, I have a mixture of Lolo Rosso and Lolo Biondi in the recipe, but Romano is used in the classic version)
• 60 g tomato
• 30 g croutons
• 10 g parmesan
• 50 g fried chicken fillet
• 35 g crispy fried bacon
• 2 quail eggs
• Oil 35 ml
• Garlic 8 g
• Soy sauce 15 g
• Balsamic 10 g
• Egg yolk
• French mustard for serving

Directions

1. The classic version of Caesar will definitely decorate any table! Place croutons on the bottom of the plate.
2. On top - a lettuce leaf, lay out tomatoes and eggs in a chaotic manner. We put chopped chicken and bacon on all this beauty, sprinkle with grated parmesan and pour over the sauce!))
3. For the sauce: Beat the chopped garlic with butter with a fork, add the rest of the ingredients, the sauce is ready!))
