These sweets are not only tasty, but also healthy. They can be given to children for school (for snacks and healthy meals) and new mothers to recharge the vigor they need so much during the day.

  1. Pour dried fruits with hot water for 15 minutes, discard in a colander, dry.
  2. Remove seeds from dates. Pass dried fruits and nuts through the fine wire rack of a meat grinder. Stir everything until smooth.
  3. Form the candies with your hands dipped in water.
  4. If desired, sweets can be rolled in sesame, cocoa powder, carob or coconut flakes. Store ready-made candy in a cool place.
