Carrot cream soup is a very beautiful and light soup that can be prepared at any time of the year. It looks incredibly attractive, and all the ingredients put together create a unique taste.

  1. We clean the carrots.
  2. Cut the carrots into several parts, pour in just enough water to cover the vegetables. Cook over low heat, covered until soft.
  3. Preheat a frying pan with oil. Simmer chopped onions, fennel and garlic in it until soft.
  4. After the carrots have become soft, put the fried onions, garlic and fennel on them.
  5. Using a blender, grind the carrots and vegetables until smooth. Then pour in the chicken broth and mix everything well.
  6. At the very end, pour in the cream, mix everything, bring to a boil and the carrot cream soup is ready!
