Tasty and healthy cauliflower and diet chicken can be combined in one dish for a nutritious and healthy dinner. And if you pour this dish with cream and cook it in the oven, it will turn out very tasty.

  1. Wash the cauliflower, cut off the upper leaves, disassemble into inflorescences and boil in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Drain the cooked cabbage in a colander and let it cool slightly.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into arbitrary not too large pieces, fry in vegetable oil and season with spices.
  3. Take a baking dish, lightly grease it with vegetable oil and put the cauliflower in the first layer. Put the fried chicken fillet on top of the cabbage and prepare the filling.
  4. Salt three eggs and beat with a whisk until smooth. Add cream (the fatter the cream, the “creamier” the dish will turn out) and mix everything well again. Three cheese and garlic on a fine grater and send to the creamy-egg mixture, season with black pepper and salt and mix. Pour the cabbage and chicken mixture with the mixture and send the dish to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
