This simple keto cheese sauce contains just three main ingredients. The sauce is suitable for egg salad, chips, broccoli, cauliflower and other vegetables.

  1. Heat a medium skillet, reduce heat to low. Add butter and let it melt. Whisk the cream thoroughly in the ghee in three passes. Make sure the cream and butter are mixed before proceeding.
  2. Mix the grated cheddar cheese in three sets. Stir constantly until the cheese is completely melted. You should get a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and let sit for 5 minutes. This will allow the sauce to thicken. After it has cooled slightly, the sauce is ready to eat.
