A quick, inexpensive and very satisfying salad that will appeal to all cheeseburger lovers. The ingredients combine so well and create this unique and familiar taste to many that one can only wonder why anyone needs burgers with a bun at all!   2. Add minced meat, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Stir the mixture with a spatula until smooth. Fry for about 15 minutes until tender.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Arrange the salad on portioned plates in layers: lettuce, tomatoes, minced meat, cheese, red onions and pickles. Top with dressing.
