Chicken baked with potatoes in the oven is a complete dish, both for a hearty family dinner and for a festive table. Poultry meat marinated in sour cream is very tender and tasty!

  1. Let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use any of your favorite spices to marinate the chicken, I usually use chicken seasoning. Wash chicken, dry with towels. Prepare the marinade: to do this, mix sour cream with chicken seasoning and salt. First add one seasoning, seasonings from different manufacturers can be more or less salty, try the marinade, it should be a little salty, add salt if necessary
  2. My seasoning is not very salty, I added a teaspoon of salt. Mix the marinade well. We rub the chicken carcass with the finished marinade and leave it to marinate on the table for 40-45 minutes. While the chicken is marinating, let's prepare the potatoes.
  3. We clean the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, do not forget to add salt during frying. Put the fried potatoes in a bowl and let it cool. We put the marinated chicken in a form in which we will bake it and stuff it with fried potatoes.
  4. We spread the rest of the potatoes next to the chicken, pour out the entire marinade, cover with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake the chicken for another 30-40 minutes. We serve the finished chicken to the table.
