Chicken baked with spinach is a tender and juicy chicken fillet baked with spinach and cheese - just a delicious dish.   1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise, each into three parts. Grate with salt, pepper and spices (eg sweet paprika, ginger, etc.).
  2. In a frying pan in hot vegetable oil, fry the chopped onion, add thawed and squeezed spinach, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat until sour cream thickens. You can also add a minced garlic clove and a pinch of hot pepper.
  3. Put the chicken in a heat-resistant form, put the spinach on top, and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
