Chicken balls in rice

Ingredients

  1. Chicken fillet, 1 egg, onion, parsley, soy sauce, salt and pepper, put in a blender bowl and grind.
  2. Mix rice with starch.
  3. From the minced meat we form small balls (diameter about 2 cm). Roll in rice.
  4. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Fry the balls in two batches until lightly golden on all sides, about 6-7 minutes per batch.
  5. We transfer the finished balls to paper towels to absorb excess fat.
  6. Serve warm or completely chilled.
