  1. Turn the oven on to heat 190 degrees. Grease muffin tins with vegetable oil. I have 12 pieces. In a large bowl, combine corn, peas, diced carrots, bran, finely grated cheese, salt, pepper, and mustard. Add egg whites and mix well. Defrost frozen vegetables and dry with a paper towel.
  2. Add the minced chicken to a bowl. Mix with your hands. If you don't have minced meat, then roll the chicken fillet or meat from the legs through a meat grinder, or better - the mix.
  3. Put the resulting minced meat in molds, a portion turns out to be about 1/3 cup.
  4. Place the muffins in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
  5. The chicken and bran muffins are ready. Cool slightly and serve with a fresh salad.
