Poultry meat is in perfect harmony with fruit and sweetish aftertaste. Prepare chicken breast with peaches - this light and juicy dish will add a little flavor to your diet!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Everything is very simple! Rinse and dry the chicken fillet well. Make two slanting cuts in the fillet.
  2. Combine canned peach syrup with mustard, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add hot chili peppers to taste, if desired. Stir the marinade well.
  3. Brush the breasts liberally with the marinade, including the incisions. Let marinate for about 20 minutes. During this time you can heat up the grill.
  4. Place the breasts in a baking dish, with canned peach halves next to it. 2 halves are enough per serving, but baked peaches are delicious on their own, for example, with spicy blue cheese.
  5. Grill for no more than 20 minutes. Turn over once if necessary. The fillet should remain juicy, do not overdry the tender meat.
  6. Serve the chicken breast with peaches immediately, hot, topped with fresh herbs.
