Sometimes you want a light warm chicken broth. I offer you a budget version of this dish. The broth turns out to be tender and with a pronounced chicken flavor.

  1. Wash the bones with meat for broth. Peel the onions and carrots.
  2. To get a rich broth, you need to put the meat only in cold water. Put meat bones in a saucepan, fill with water, throw in a pinch of salt and vegetables. Cook from the moment of boiling for 45-50 minutes. This should be enough time for chicken broth. Broths made from other types of meat take longer to cook.
  3. After an hour, the broth is ready. To get a clear broth, cook the meat at a barely noticeable boil. Vegetables can be removed from the broth, rubbed through a sieve and returned back (or not used at all). The chicken broth is ready!
