  2. Remove the skin from the breast. Carefully separate the meat from the bone.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  4. We beat each piece a little with a hammer.

  6. Shake the egg and salt with a fork. Dip each chop first in an egg, then in flour.
  7. Put in a preheated pan with oil and fry over medium heat.
  8. Fry on both sides until a beautiful golden crust.
