  1. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet. Simmer the breasts in it for 8 minutes on each side.
  2. Fry in the same pan where you cooked the meat. Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in the broth, season with salt, pepper, lime juice, cilantro and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the coconut milk to the onion skillet. Cook the sauce until thickened, if it is not thick enough, you can dilute the starch in two tablespoons of water and add to the onion mixture if necessary.
  4. Add the chicken back to the pan and simmer it in the sauce for 5-8 minutes.
