  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg, pour the flour into the second.
  3. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and fry the grated ginger and garlic (I had granulated garlic).
  4. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, then in flour and put in a pan, fry on all sides for 1 minute.
  5. Combine the ingredients for the sauce: orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed), sugar, vinegar, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer everything together for 2-4 minutes, periodically turning the chicken over.
  6. Serve chicken in orange juice with rice. Bon appetit!
