Juicy caramel-crusted chicken in the oven is much tastier with this marinade. How do we just not prepare marinade for chicken, but this recipe seemed to me one of the most successful. The chicken turns out incredibly juicy, and what a delicious golden crust it turns out. I highly recommend this recipe to you, everything is simple, but it looks expensive and festive!

  1. For the marinade, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, paprika, dry garlic, ground black pepper, (salt optional).
  2. Add pomegranate juice. In a small amount of pomegranate juice, stir the starch and add everything to the marinade. We mix.
  3. We send the chicken thighs to the marinade and leave to marinate for 60 minutes.
  4. We spread the thighs in the form with the skin down, pour in the marinade and send it to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
  5. After 30 min. Turn the thighs over and send it back to the oven for another half hour.
