Chicken shashlik in a slow cooker is a tasty, light and, at the same time, hearty dish, ideal for dietary meals. It is especially important in those cases when you really want a barbecue, but there is no way to go to nature.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. To make a marinade: whisk olive oil with honey, soy sauce and garlic, add salt and spices, mix thoroughly.
  2. Put chicken with a bowl, stir so that each piece is covered with marinade. Cover the bowl with a lid or tighten with cling film. Put in the refrigerator - you can only for 1 hour, but better for three hours. Chop the onion into large rings.
  3. String pieces of meat on skewers, alternating with onion rings, place them in a slow cooker. Pour the rest of the marinade on top. Turn on the multicooker, activate the "Baking" or "Frying" mode. After about 40-50 minutes, remove the chicken skewers from the multicooker and serve.
