Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Cut the chicken breasts into 2 to 3 cm cubes.
  2. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken to the marinade and make sure each bite is completely covered. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or better leave it overnight.
  3. Place the marinated chicken breast cubes on small skewers until 3 equal servings are made (6-8 cubes per skewer).
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the chicken skewers on the parchment and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until golden brown. After 15 minutes, turn the skewers over and bake for another 15 minutes. You can grease the meat with cooking oil to help it keep behind the parchment.
  5. Remove the kebab from the oven and let it rest at room temperature for 3-4 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables, gravy or herbs.
