I made it with chicken fillet. The pastrami turned out very tender and juicy. Delicious! Recommend!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the fillet, place in a deep bowl, pour milk mixed with salt in advance and leave overnight in the refrigerator (or at least 4 hours).
  2. Take out the fillet, pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Turn on the oven at 220-250 degrees (or the maximum of your oven if you have a lower maximum temperature). Connect the chicken fillet and wrap tightly with a thread. Prepare a dressing by mixing honey, oil, spices and chopped garlic.
  4. Coat the fillet with marinade on all sides. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  5. Put the pastrami in the oven already heated to the maximum. After 20 minutes, turn off the oven, but do not open the door until the oven has completely cooled down.
  6. When the oven has cooled, the pastrami can be taken out, cut and served! Bon appetit!
