  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan
  2. Chop celery stalks and mushrooms into smaller pieces
  3. Add dried onions, celery, mushrooms and garlic to a saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add broth, carrots, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add cooked chicken and cabbage to the pot. Simmer for 8-12 minutes, until the cabbage noodles are tender.
