Chicken fillet in cream is juicy and soft. Chicken with champignons in a creamy sauce goes well with a side dish in the form of mashed potatoes, rice or fried vegetables.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Fry the onion in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. Remove the fried onion from the pan, leaving the oil.
  3. In the same pan, over high heat, fry the chicken pieces until half cooked. Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. In the same pan, lightly fry the mushrooms (if necessary, you can add a little oil to the pan during frying).
  5. Combine together in a pan: mushrooms, onions and chicken, put back on fire, salt and pepper.
  6. Add flour and stir.
  7. Pour in the warmed milk or cream, stirring to avoid lumps and mix well.
  8. Add chopped greens, a little salt and pepper (to taste) and simmer, stirring occasionally ~ 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat, add a piece of butter to the pan with the meat, cover with a lid and let it brew for ~5-7 minutes.
  9. Bon appetit!
