  1. Peel the onion, wash, chop finely.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put onion in hot oil.
  3. Fry finely chopped onions in oil over medium heat, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Wash and dry the chicken.
  5. Cut the peeled and washed chicken carcass into small pieces.
  6. Fry the chicken in a saucepan without oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Then add the toasted onions.
  8. Pour water over the chicken so that it only covers the chicken and cook for a few minutes (about 5 minutes).
  9. Wash, finely chop the herbs.
  10. Then add salt, add finely chopped cilantro and parsley.
  11. Then beat in a few eggs.
