  1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces.
  2. Wash and peel the Brussels sprouts. Cut into 2 or 4 pieces depending on size.
  3. Place the pork belly in a preheated skillet and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Add chopped garlic, Brussels sprouts and butter. Fry until golden brown.
  5. Combine soy sauce and rice vinegar and pour into skillet.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stir well before serving and garnish with chopped leeks.
