Delicate and airy keto chocolate cake with creamy chocolate icing. The recipe is based on almond flour, but if you are not using almond flour, you can substitute coconut flour for it. Coconut flour absorbs moisture well, so use less flour than indicated in the recipe. The dough should be thick enough and not spread.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 160 C and brush a 20-centimeter square baking dish with butter. Use a lot of oil to help the finished cake come out of shape easily.
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs, melted butter, stevia, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in almond flour and cocoa powder gradually.
  4. Add salt and baking soda. Stir. The dough should be pretty thick.
  5. Place the dough in the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake until the center is done. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer. It will take 18-20 minutes to cook.
  6. Cool the pie in the pan for an hour.
  7. For the icing, place all ingredients in a bowl and beat by hand or with an electric mixer at low speed until smooth and airy, 1-2 minutes.
  8. Spread the icing over the surface of the cake.
