An omelet is a delicate egg dish that is perfect for breakfast. You can add bacon, ham, bell peppers, corn, herbs, tomatoes to it if you wish. But now we will prepare a basic recipe - a classic omelet.

  1. Release the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Pour milk into the eggs.
  3. Add flour and salt. A pinch of sugar can be added if desired, but I prefer without it.
  4. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a whisk or just with a fork until smooth.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid.
  7. Bake the omelet in a frying pan for 10-15 minutes over low heat until tender.
  8. The omelet should rise and bake. If desired, the omelet can be turned over and fried on the other side.
