The classic Cobb salad will never be less popular. Bacon, avocado, grilled chicken, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, crispy lettuce - all your favorite keto foods are gathered in one dish! Prepare this light salad for lunch or dinner and savor its delicious taste!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make ranch sauce. To do this, add ranch seasoning and water to the homemade mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, add eggs and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes. Pour cold water over the eggs to make it easier to peel them later. Cut them into large pieces.
  3. Fry the bacon in a hot dry skillet until crisp.
  4. Arrange chunks of grilled chicken, bacon, vegetables, blue cheese, and eggs beautifully on the head lettuce. Season with pepper and salt (especially eggs).
  5. Drizzle the Ranch sauce over the salad and garnish with finely chopped green onions on top.
