A simple, quick and satisfying meal of the available ingredients is unsweetened corn porridge with melted cheese and pieces of boiled eggs. Thanks to the addition of processed cheese, the corn porridge is very tender and aromatic.

  1. We prepare products for making corn porridge.
  2. You can choose any spices to your taste.
  3. Fill the eggs with water and cook for 10 minutes after boiling.
  4. Then cool the boiled eggs by pouring cold water.
  5. Pour 3.5 cups (700 ml) of water into the cauldron, put on fire and bring to a boil.
  6. Salt the boiling water and add corn grits to it. Stir occasionally, cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Then cover the cauldron with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
  8. Cut the butter and melted cheese into small pieces.
  9. Peel the cooled boiled eggs from the shell and cut into arbitrary pieces.
  10. Put the spices, pieces of butter and melted cheese in the corn porridge, stir and let it brew under the lid for about 5 minutes.
