Couscous with chicken and vegetables in a slow cooker

Ingredients

  1. Having prepared all the ingredients, turn on the slow cooker on the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. After each addition of the ingredient, close the lid.
  2. Fry the chicken on each side for 5 minutes.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic (I did it through a garlic press.) And let it simmer for 3-5 minutes so that the garlic gives off its aroma. Then add the onion and leave for 5 more minutes.
  4. Add carrots cut into semicircles or cubes. Leave for 5 minutes.
  5. We put the eggplant (zucchini) and bell pepper. and leave for 5 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes and spices and let it simmer until time runs out.
  7. Then we set the "Extinguishing" mode for 20 minutes and fall asleep on top of the Couscous, after 10 minutes we loosen the couscous with a fork. Since vegetables and meat give a sufficient amount of juice, water or broth is not needed
  8. Put on plates. Bon appetit
