Creamy keto avocado ice cream

This ice cream is made with three simple ingredients: homemade condensed milk with a low-carb sweetener, avocado and heavy whipping cream.

  1. Add condensed milk and peeled avocado to the blender bowl. Stir on high speed until smooth until the avocado is completely mashed. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
  2. Add cold cream to the mixer bowl. Whisk on high speed until the cream forms a thick, fluffy foam.
  3. Add 1/3 whipped cream to the avocado bowl, stir with a spatula until smooth. Repeat with another 1/3 of the whipped cream and again with the last 1/3.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or container. Freeze overnight (or at least 4-5 hours until solid).
