Creamy Keto Cauliflower Puree

Frozen cauliflower is great for making this keto puree. Combined with cream cheese, cauliflower is very similar to mashed potatoes.
The frozen cauliflower is already cut into florets and allows you to accurately measure the exact amount of the product. This saves time when preparing ingredients.

  1. In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil over high heat. Place frozen cauliflower in a colander. Place a colander on top of a pot of boiling water and cover. Cook over medium heat for 7-9 minutes, or until cauliflower is very tender.
  2. Transfer the hot cauliflower to a blender bowl along with the cream cheese, sea salt and black pepper. Grind for a minute.
  3. Add the heavy cream, adjust the seasonings to taste, and turn on the blender for another minute.
  4. Serve immediately while the cabbage is still warm. Garnish with butter and herbs if desired.
