A simple and hearty quick snack - croutons with cheese, boiled eggs and herbs. Toasted slices of bread with an egg and cheese spread is a delicious option for breakfast or unexpected guests!

  1. Peel the garlic immediately.
  2. Put the eggs in a saucepan, fill with water, add 1-2 pinches of salt, put on heat and bring to a boil. Cook hard-boiled eggs, about 8 minutes after boiling. Then we cool the boiled eggs by pouring cold water.
  3. Peel the cooled eggs and rub them on a coarse grater.
  4. We also rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Combine grated eggs and cheese in a deep bowl. We mix.
  6. Add mayonnaise, pepper and salt. Mix again.
  7. Rinse the dill, dry it, chop finely with a knife and add to a bowl.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put slices of bread in a frying pan and fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  9. Put the finished croutons on a plate, cool a little and rub with garlic on one side.
  10. Put the egg-cheese mass on the side of the toast greased with garlic and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
  11. We wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut the pulp into small pieces.
  12. Decorate the sandwiches with chunks of pepper.
