Croutons with cheese, egg and basil

Incredibly simple, like everything ingenious, breakfast or snack. Ruddy, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, croutons that go perfectly with cheese, boiled egg and fresh green basil. Easy, fast and delicious!

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Instead of rye-wheat bread, you can use rye, wheat, grain or any other bread of your choice.
  3. Boil the egg hard-boiled (8 minutes in boiling water), then cool in cold water.
  4. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Peel the egg and also grate it on a fine grater.
  6. Cut the bread slices diagonally into 2 pieces.
  7. Fry the bread in a lightly greased pan, about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown. Cool slightly.
  8. Brush each piece of bread with the remaining butter.
  9. Then sprinkle the slices of bread with grated cheese.
  10. Sprinkle with grated egg on top.
  11. Finely chop the basil leaves with a knife and garnish with cheese and egg croutons.
  12. Appetizing and crunchy croutons with cheese, eggs and herbs are ready.
