This is an easy and quick recipe for sugar-free curd biscuits for the ketogenic diet. These low carb cookies are also great for the party table. Decorate the top of the cookie with creamy frosting, coconut flakes, ground almonds, or colored sprinkles.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a heat-resistant silicone mat to prevent the dough from sticking.
  2. Add sweetener and butter to mixing bowl and mix with hand mixer.
  3. Add cream cheese, egg and vanilla, mix again with a mixer.
  4. Add almond flour and stir with a mixer until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed.
  5. Using an ice cream scoop (or tablespoon), form 12 balls of dough and place them on the prepared parchment / baking mat.
  6. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, until the top is light brown.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the liver cool for about 10 minutes or until it begins to harden, then transfer to a serving dish.
  8. While the cookies are cooling, prepare the icing. Combine the icing ingredients and place on top of the cookies.
