Curry with chicken and pineapple

Curry is a spicy and thick Indian dish also common in Japan. Curry is usually served with fluffy rice.

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces and fry until golden brown on all sides in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Cut onion, ginger, garlic.
  3. Remove the finished chicken from the pan, add a little oil, fry the onion. Then add ginger and garlic, fry for another minute or two.
  4. Add 100 ml of pineapple juice from a jar, ground curry and coconut milk. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add chicken and chopped pineapples, salt, add hot pepper. Simmer another 3-5 minutes.
  6. To serve curry, boil crumbly rice and serve! Bon appetit!
