Cooking diet biscuits. There is no sugar in the composition, whole fats are added instead of butter, and wheat flour is partially replaced by more protein soy flour.

  1. Quench the baking soda with vinegar. Combine flour, slaked baking soda, nut butter, and boiling water. Knead to a homogeneous dough. Roll it into a ball and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  2. For the filling, cut the plums into medium-sized slices and sprinkle with sweetener. Stir.
  3. Divide the dough into 3-4 pieces. Roll each one.
  4. Place the filling in the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
