Diet carrot biscuits are soft and airy. Cook it with oatmeal. Use honey and raisins for sweetness.

  1. Peel the banana, crush with a fork and mash.
  2. Pour in honey, beat in an egg. Stir.
  3. Grate the carrots on a fine grater and add to the dough.
  4. Stir in oatmeal, washed raisins and add a drop of orange extract. Stir.
  5. Add some rice flour and baking powder.
  6. Stir the dough and let sit for 20 minutes. The flakes will swell.
  7. Blind round cookies and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake the cookies in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees until golden brown.
  9. Enjoy your tea!
