We prepare the dough, form the cheese cakes. Fry them until golden brown, then bake in the oven until tender.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. It is better to take dry, fat-free cottage cheese, then you will not have to clog the cheese cakes with flour. It will go much less. So, put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Separately about cottage cheese. It can be grinded into a fine sieve so that grains do not come across in the finished cheese pan, but you can leave it as it is. I personally love when whole "granules" of cottage cheese are clearly felt and visible in the cheese pan.
  2. Add eggs, raisins. Instead of raisins, you can use other dried fruits to taste.
  3. Add sifted flour (corn and wheat).
  4. Knead the dough. Form the dough into round balls. Flatten slightly. Fry each on both sides until tender. Don't make a strong fire. Cheesecakes brown quickly, and a raw center may remain inside.
  5. Place the pancakes on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cheesecakes in the oven for 10 minutes. From this procedure, the cheesecakes will become lush, tender and airy.
  6. Delicious cheesecakes are ready. Sprinkle them with honey or sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
