I often prepare diet jelly with fruit kefir. I use a sweet apple as a fruit component.

  1. Let's prepare food, choose a sweet apple to add less sugar.
  2. Dissolve gelatin completely in warm water.
  3. We mix kefir with sugar.
  4. Peel the apple and remove the seeds. Cut into cubes.
  5. We combine kefir with an apple.
  6. Pour in ready-made warm gelatin. Mix thoroughly.
  7. We pour it into molds and send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Diet jelly from fruit is ready. You can also use bananas, pears, peaches, apricots, strawberries, fruits that do not contain small seeds instead of apples. We decorate the jelly as desired.
