  1. Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces and put in a blender, chop into minced meat.
  2. Combine cooked rice and minced meat in a bowl.
  3. Peel carrots, onions and garlic. Chop all vegetables as finely as possible and add to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix everything well.
  5. Form small balls and place in a dry, high-sided skillet. Dissolve the tomato paste in water.
  6. Fill the workpiece with tomato and cover with a lid. Simmer the hedgehogs for 30 minutes.
