  1. Dice the onions.
  2. Chop the mushrooms arbitrarily.
  3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a thick-walled saucepan.
  5. Add onions. Fry it right in a saucepan.
  6. Add carrots. Fry it with onions.
  7. Add chopped mushrooms. Stir. Simmer everything together without a lid for about 5 minutes.
  8. Add the peeled and diced potatoes. Stir. Pour in water and cook. When the potatoes are almost ready, add the grated processed cheese to the boiling soup. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Add salt and spices. If the vegetables are ready, you can turn them off.
  10. Pour the soup into bowls and serve.
