Pollock, although simple, is a good commercial fish with white flesh and relatively low bone content. This fish is great for making dietary meals.

  1. Take all the ingredients for making pollock in foil.
  2. Peel the carrots, wash and grate. Place in a skillet.
  3. Peel the onion, wash and chop finely. Add to carrots.
  4. Pour sunflower oil and some water into the skillet. Cover and simmer these vegetables until soft, stirring for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Gut pollock, peel, trim the fins, remove the black film in the abdomen. Wash the fish well. Cut the large one into two parts. You do not need to cut the fine one. Place in a foil-lined baking dish. Season with salt to taste on all sides.
  6. Put onions and carrots stewed in a pan on the pollock. Wrap the fish and vegetables tightly in foil.
  7. Bake pollock in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Then take out and unfold the foil.
  8. Place pollock on a plate and serve with fresh vegetables and any side dish. You can pour lemon juice on the fish.
