First, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix yogurt with minced garlic, which can be passed through a press or simply crushed with a knife and then finely chopped.
  2. Also add two types of pepper to the sauce, salt (more or less). Mix everything well. This is how beautiful a dressing for a light salad should turn out.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes or strips - it's a matter of taste. Chop the herbs and mint finely. Send everything to the prepared dressing and mix. Salad ready!
