This bright, light, diet salad with chicken and vegetables is just a godsend for people who follow their figure. All ingredients are well combined. Suitable as an independent dish for breakfast or dinner, it will look beautiful on the festive table.

  1. Prepare all ingredients. You can use any pickled mushrooms in this recipe, I used porcini mushrooms. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender, for 20-25 minutes. Rinse the mushrooms, chop if necessary.
  2. Drain excess liquid from corn. We disassemble the cooled chicken fillet into fibers with our hands and put it in a bowl. Add Korean-style carrots, mushrooms and corn to the fillet.
  3. Salt a little, season with olive oil and mix thoroughly. Put the salad on a dish and serve.
