Cooking healthy snickers-flavored bars. There is no sugar in this dessert, but there are fried peanuts and date caramel. The bars are tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  1. Soak green buckwheat in water for at least 4 hours in advance. Then rinse thoroughly and discard on a sieve to drain the water.
  2. Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes. Then remove the pits.
  3. Fry the peanuts in a dry skillet. Then remove the husks from the nuts.
  4. Grind 10 dates with water, peanut butter and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. And chop 5 dates together with green buckwheat. Add melted coconut oil and oatmeal. The mass should resemble sticky wet sand.
  6. Put the green buckwheat mass in an even layer on the bottom of the plastic mold.
  7. Top with a layer of dates and peanut butter.
  8. Then make a thick layer of toasted peanuts. Slightly drown the nuts in the previous layer. Place in the freezer for 4-8 hours.
  9. Cut the frozen blank into rectangles.
  10. Dip each bar in chocolate melted in a water bath.
  11. Diet snickers ready, bon appetit!
