Making fish pie for the Ducan Diet is easy if you use oat bran. They can be purchased at the supermarket or in the grocery store along with any canned fish in oil.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. Open the canned food, chop the pieces of fish. Grind the oat bran into coarse flour.
  2. Beat the chicken eggs with milk of any fat content in a deep bowl, adding salt. If desired, you can add other spices or herbs to the dough.
  3. Add chopped oat bran in parts and mix thoroughly. Leave the dough at room temperature for 20-30 minutes to swell the bran.
  4. Pour baking powder into the dough and mix everything again. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put half of the dough into it. Place the fish filling on the dough. Cut a quarter of the peeled and washed onion into small cubes and place on the filling.
  6. Place the remaining dough over the filling and place the pan in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. After the specified time, the cake will be completely ready. Test it with a wooden skewer - it should come out dry.
  8. Place the pie on a plate or platter and serve in portions.
