Adhering to the Ducan diet, you can make a delicious fish soup in just 15-20 minutes, because it will lack potatoes and cereals. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. Any variety of fish can be used, but it is best to use sea fish - it is more oily. This will make the soup richer. You can exclude carrots from the list of foods, but they add aroma and taste to the soup, and also they are used very little.
  2. Peel the Baltic herring from the head, fins, tail, ridge, entrails and black film inside the carcass. If you come across milk or caviar during cleaning, do not remove it.
  3. Rinse thoroughly all peeled fish pulp. Place the fish in a saucepan or cauldron.
  4. Peel the onions and carrots, rinse in water.
  5. Chop the onion into small cubes and grate the carrots with a fine mesh and add the vegetable slices to the saucepan.
  6. Pour in hot water, add salt and bay leaves. Place the container on the stove and boil the soup for about 10-15 minutes from the moment it boils.
  7. Rinse and chop the dill, add to the pan 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking. Taste the soup and adjust as needed. Peel the boiled chicken egg from the shell and rinse in water.
  8. Cut in half. Pour the hot fish soup into deep bowls and place the egg halves. Serve hot.
