Dukan Mimosa salad

If you are on the Ducan diet, I suggest you prepare a simple version of the "Mimosa" salad. This is a protein salad, no carbohydrates, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  1. Open a can of canned fish, drain the juice. Mash the fish with a fork and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Brush the fish layer of the salad with yogurt.
  3. Cut the red onion into small cubes and place on top of the canned food. Hard-boiled chicken eggs, then peel and divide into whites and yolks.
  4. Grate the whites on a fine grater, put on top of the onion.
  5. The final layer is chicken yolks, grated on a fine grater.
  6. Bon Appetit!
