This recipe is about how to make egg-free, gluten-free baked goods.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. So, first, put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Place a tray of water down.
  2. Using a coffee grinder, grind the sugar until powdered sugar is obtained (you can use ready-made sugar).
  3. In a blender bowl (or just a container if you have a hand blender), add the chopped banana and powdered sugar. Grind until smooth. Then beat the mashed potatoes for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Then, in a separate container, mix water with vegetable oil. Bring to a boil on the stove. Then add a little corn flour there, stirring all the time.
  5. Put the resulting corn dough to the banana mass. Mix everything with a mixer (we work with it for about 5 minutes).
  6. Add salt, then add soda slaked with vinegar or lemon juice. Mix everything well again.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. We spread the resulting dough on it (it is convenient to do this with a pastry bag). We bake for 30-35 minutes (remember to orient yourself in your oven).
