Eggs baked with sour cream and tomatoes

An excellent recipe for the morning menu is baked eggs. For this simple, tasty and nutritious dish, in addition to eggs, you will need tomatoes with sour cream. Baked eggs are cooked in the oven, and the dish requires very little time to cook.

  1. Put 1 tbsp in four portion molds. l. sour cream.
  2. Gently (the yolk must remain intact) place the contents of one egg into each mold. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add another 1 tbsp. l. sour cream, and then 1 tbsp. l. peeled and chopped tomatoes. (To peel tomatoes, immerse them in boiling water for 1 minute).
  4. Place the molds in a large container (such as a baking dish) and pour enough water into it until the water level is half the height of the molds.
  5. Cover everything with foil and gently place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve the baked eggs immediately (especially delicious with toasted bread).
